Wine Around the World

There's a lot of wine out there, so how did we decide what wine to show you? Well, personal factors had something to do with it (I'm a sucker for German wines, personally), but they weren't everything.

 

It would be poor writing if we were to tell you about wines that aren't available from countries that don't export them anyway, so we went to statistics. We figured that countries that make a lot of wine and sell a lot of wine would probably have something you might like.

 

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the top 10 wine producing nations for 2006 were.
